A few things to know
- ✦All in-person sessions take place at the Center for Balance & Rehabilitation in Mobile, AL.
- ✦All services are cash-based. I'll send a Stripe invoice ahead of your appointment — ACH transfer is preferred, with credit card accepted for a 3% processing fee.
- ✦I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the session rate.
- ✦Concierge visits outside a 15-mile radius of Mobile get a small travel fee added on.
- ✦Virtual sessions are billed at the same rate as in-person — a stable connection and adequate space are required.
- ✦Packages expire 1 year from purchase and are non-transferable. Group sessions are single-session only, no packages.
