Book a Free ConsultMagnolia Movement is a women-focused movement and wellness practice designed to bridge the gap between physical therapy and real life. Through Reformer Pilates, personal training, telehealth PT, and concierge physical therapy, I offer care that supports long-term strength, confidence, and intentional movement — on your terms, not an insurance company's.
I primarily work with women across the lifespan — active adults, busy moms, women navigating pain or injury, and pregnant and postpartum women. My services are designed to meet you where you are and evolve as your needs change.
No referral needed. All Magnolia Movement services are cash-based and can be booked directly through my scheduling link or by reaching out via text or email. If a referral is ever recommended for your specific situation, I'll walk you through exactly what to do.
Magnolia Movement is fully cash-based and does not bill insurance. This allows for more personalized, unrushed care — no visit limits, no restrictions, no hoops.
All services are priced per session, with options for single sessions or discounted packages. Packages are a great way to build consistency while saving — and they're valid for one year from the date of purchase.
ACH bank transfer is preferred. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3% processing fee. Full pricing details can be found on the Services & Pricing page.

Concierge PT is one-on-one, cash-based care provided in the comfort of your home or preferred setting. Sessions are longer and more personalized than traditional clinic visits, with time for hands-on manual therapy, dry needling (when appropriate), movement retraining, and education.
Each session is tailored to your goals and may include pain management, rehab, strength work, and recovery strategies — without the constraints of insurance-based care. Concierge visits are open to anyone who would benefit from individualized at-home care.
Not at all. I meet you exactly where you are and tailor every session to your body, goals, and comfort level — whether you've never set foot on a reformer or you're returning to movement after a long break.
Yes — when appropriately tailored, Pilates can be a safe and effective way to move through pain or injury. As a physical therapist, I modify every exercise to support healing, reduce symptoms, and help you build strength in a way that feels good in your body.
Yes — when appropriately guided, Pilates and strength training are safe and beneficial throughout pregnancy. Every session is tailored to your trimester, symptoms, and comfort level, with a focus on breath, strength, and movement that supports your changing body. The goal is for you to feel strong and confident every step of the way.
As soon as you feel ready. Gentle, guided movement can begin soon after delivery depending on how you're feeling and how recovery is going. As a trained pelvic health PT and certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, I offer thoughtfully designed programs for every phase — from 0–6 weeks all the way through 18+ weeks postpartum and beyond.
Absolutely. Movement needs shift significantly during perimenopause and postmenopause — and this is exactly the kind of stage where intentional, clinically informed care makes the biggest difference. I work with women navigating hormonal changes, shifting strength and recovery patterns, pelvic floor changes, and more, with programming that meets the body where it is right now.
