  • All services are cash-based. Payment is due at time of service.
  • ACH bank transfer is preferred. Credit card payments accepted with a 3% processing fee.
  • 24-hour cancellation notice required. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the session rate.
  • Concierge visits outside a 15-mile radius of Mobile, AL are subject to an additional travel fee.
  • Package sessions expire 1 year from date of purchase.
